Welcome to Lily Lake
Erica Snyder (‘08) was named Lily Lake Grade School Principal to start the 2023-2024 school year after spending more than a decade in a variety of roles across Central 301. She has worked as a math teacher at Prairie Knolls Middle School teaching 6th and 7th grade before spending the last four years as an instructional coach across the district.
Snyder graduated from Central High School with the Class of 2008. The Central High School Athletic Hall of Fame inductee (‘16) is one of the most decorated softball players ever to play on Rocket Hill. She left the Rockets as the school record holder in pitching wins, and single season pitching wins with 27 her senior year, leading to an all-area selection by the Chicago Tribune. Snyder led the program as the team’s head coach for two seasons, winning a regional championship in 2014. She is married with three young children: Charlotte, Cooper and Drew and lives in Elburn.
